First Watch is a nice brunch restaurant that have been appearing in San Antonio over the past year.

Walking into the restaurant, I noticed the interior was decorated with a rustic look. Wooden pallets hanging from the ceiling and long wooden tables brought the look together nicely. The wait was not long before we were sat. Unfortunately, the waiting area was small and felt very cramped which seemed to prolong the wait. The restaurant was very clean and the server was very friendly, always wearing a smile, and answering any question we had about the menu. She was very attentive making sure our water or coffee was filled. Overall the dining experience was great and the server was wonderful.

Whenever I visit a breakfast food restaurant for the first time I always order the same thing. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and a stack of pancakes. Both the bacon and pancakes were delicious, but I was not expecting the eggs to be as good as they were. The fluffiest eggs I have ever had with what I believe to be chopped cilantro was amazing. I plan to return to try some other items on the menu, but I will have to order those eggs again.

Dining at First Watch will cost anywhere from $9 to $11 for a single person. However, the portions for the individual plates are more on the small side. Anyone who is really hungry may need to add something on the side, which would then raise the price.

First Watch is a clean well decorated restaurant with delicious food and staff who know how to make you feel welcome. I would recommend First Watch to anyone.
