Longhorn Steakhouse is a steakhouse here in San Antonio, Texas. That serves steak, chicken, and other Texas barbeque foods. The Longhorn Steakhouse that I went to was at 5706 W loop 1604 N (pretty close to the 54th street restaurant that I recommended). When I went there this past week, I had their six ounce sirloin (medium rare) steak combo that came with a half rack of baby back ribs, side of broccoli, and french fries. The food was amazing and really had that barbeque/steakhouse type of taste with the steak and ribs. It was an amazing blend of the two and it can really fill up someone’s appetite. The broccoli and fries were decent sides that are just good enough. There are different styles of sirloin steaks; styles being medium, rare, and other juicy styles of the meat. The sides there are plenty with the vegetables, mash potatoes, and even baked cheese macaroni. The sweet tea at the restaurant is just right. The tea is not too sweet to people that don’t like tea that it to sugary, it has the best blend of sweet and unsweet and to me personally is one of the best sweet teas that a restaurant can have to offer. Longhorn Steakhouse is an excellent place to dine to if you are in the mood for steak. The wait time at Longhorn is much shorter and quicker than the one at Texas Roadhouse on a busy weekend. Longhorn is the place to be for steak!
