Good afternoon readers, I hope you're in the mood for Mediterranean because we’re taking a look at the King Mediterranean Food Truck. Honestly out of every food truck I’ve been to recently, this is one of my favorite. The atmosphere was amazing, the people running this truck are some of the friendliest people out there. I had a very pleasant conversation with the cook while I waited on my food and it came out in only a matter of minutes. It sits in a parking lot of a local gas station, which is kinda nice because of the accessible bathrooms. When it comes to food trucks there aren’t always restrooms available or at best they have porta potties. So having a nice clean building in the same lot was definitely a bonus.

While I was there I ordered the Beef Kofta Kebab. Pro tip; everything taste better on a stick, this is advise to live by. The kabab was $5.99. The beef was juicy and from what I can tell was some pretty quality beef so it was totally worth it. I chose this dish because of the beef aspect however there were also chicken and vegetarians options. My companion got the chicken and reported back that it was soft and tender. They also have some larger plates for $8.99 which came with sides such as hummus and rice. The food was a bit spicy, which should be expected with mediterranean food. If this isn’t your taste then maybe pass on this one, nonetheless it wasn’t the hottest. All and all this was an overall success. It’s a place I would without a doubt return to. I highly recommend swinging by and trying out some of the options.
